Corporate World particularly my assignment as Sales Head for Gujarat for Vodafone was a very interesting stint. It allowed me to use all my experience right from Parke Davis days of FMCG retail & distribution to business management of Walt Disney licenced books & stickers nationally.

At Vodafone, I started the Sales & Distribution division for Mobile Prepaid Sim Cards in Gujarat & we achieved a 70% market share vs AT&T, in the two player Mobile Telecom space in Gujarat. A national record then. It was a new role being National Sales Head at Tata Teleservices, launching Tata Teleservices, on a PAN India basis. Later, I was Business Head for its Mumbai Mobile Payments.

With over 25 years of experience under my belt in the Corporate World, I started operating as a Business Consultant. I decided to operate under the name KAAMPZ Consulting, as it had an emotional cord attached to my parents & family. The journey is extremely interesting & full of excitement every single day since. It once again proved the point that – What you learn & master, never goes waste.
